SAF-HOLLAND® is announcing the discontinuation of the NEWAY ADLSD powered suspensions for both OEM and Aftermarket customers.
EFFECTIVE: February 1st, 2020 - No new orders will be accepted.
March 31st, 2020 - SAF-HOLLAND will cease production.Service parts will be available through the SAF-HOLLAND Aftermarket for a limited time.

The ADLSD Series provides you with the most comfortable ride in the industry, coupled with excellent roll stiffness for handling and safety. Our air-ride suspensions deliver the ultimate in performance and reliability for your motorhome investment.
APPLICATIONS: transit bus, motorcoach and motorhome
Composite Air Spring Piston
Additional air volume is built into the air spring piston. The increased air volume further softens the ride over standard air springs and eliminates the need for additional air volume provided by an external air reservoir (such as a ping tank).
Welded Axle Adapter
Provides increased strength and durability compared to conventional U-bolt axle connections.
Rigid 'Bolt Together' Equalizing Beams
Lighter, more cost effective, and easy to assemble. All connections are rubber bushed providing enhanced ride performance and long life. The ADL suspension requires no regular maintenance.
Adjustable Torque Rod
Allows exact pinion angle setting at final assembly. This feature, combined with the non-torque reactive suspension design, helps minimize driveline vibrations that cause unwanted noise and vibration for passengers while increasing U-joint and pinion bearing life.
Adjustable Track Bar (Panhard Rod)
Allows exact lateral positioning of the axle at final assembly.
Integral Transverse (Anti-Sway) Beam
Provides 85% of roll stability. This prevents roll forces being transmitted to the axle and also allows for use of softer riding air springs since roll control is not dependent on the springs.
